Rys directed to respondents, Ed and Alice Vorlicek, to determine the right to custody of Sylvia Rys, relators 11-year-old daughter. Upon hearing, the court, Joseph J. Moriarty, Judge, awarded custody to respondents, the aunt and uncle of Sylvia, and relator appealed to this court, where the matter was referred to the Honorable E. R. Selnes, judge of the sixteenth judicial district, as referee, to hear and report the testimony on appeal. Upon such report, the matter was heard de novo.
